These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BarberOne Demo website, pages, forms, and related demo features (the “Demo”). By accessing or using the Demo, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Demo

The BarberOne Demo is provided for demonstration, evaluation, and enquiry purposes only. It is designed to showcase BarberOne’s customer engagement and loyalty systems and to allow potential customers to explore how the service may work in practice.

The Demo may contain simulated data, test workflows, or limited functionality and should not be relied upon as a production system.

3. Eligibility

The Demo is intended for business users and individuals aged 16 or over. By using the Demo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Demo for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Demo or its infrastructure
Interfere with or disrupt the Demo, servers, or networks
Use the Demo to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Demo or its underlying systems

5. Submissions & content

Any information you submit through the Demo must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any data you provide.

You grant BarberOne a limited, non-exclusive right to use submitted information solely for:

Responding to your enquiry
Operating and improving the Demo
Demonstrating BarberOne’s systems

6. Privacy & data protection

Personal data submitted through the Demo is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Demo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Communications

By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you regarding your enquiry or Demo submission. Marketing communications are only sent where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe options provided.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, text, code, trademarks, and branding within the Demo are owned by or licensed to BarberOne.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Demo without prior written permission from BarberOne.

9. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Demo (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Demo will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. No warranties

The Demo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarberOne shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Demo, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Demo at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Demo.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
